  1. Membership Overview
    Enrollment is open to boys and girls aged 4–18, subject to acceptance by AC Milan Academy Dubai (the “Academy”).
    Membership is personal, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
    Each member is required to complete registration forms, provide valid ID, and medical clearance if necessary.
    The Academy reserves the right to deny or terminate membership for any misconduct or breach of these terms.
  2. Payments & Cancellations
    All payments must be made in advance for each term, season, or program.
    Fees are fixed and non-negotiable.
    No cancellations or withdrawals are permitted after payment is made.
    The Academy reserves the right to suspend participation if payments are overdue.
  3. Refunds & Closures
    Strict No-Refund Policy: Payments made are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to illness, injury, absence, relocation, or dissatisfaction.
    In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), the Academy may suspend or reschedule sessions without refund.
    If the Academy closes permanently, prorated refunds may be considered at management’s discretion.
  4. Facilities & Services
    The Academy reserves the right to change locations, training schedules, or session durations at any time.
    Access to training facilities is limited to enrolled players only.
    Parents and guardians must follow all access guidelines during sessions.
  5. Code of Conduct (Players & Parents/Guardians)
    Players:
    • Must show respect to coaches, staff, referees, teammates, and opponents at all times.
    • Must attend sessions on time, with full AC Milan Academy Dubai uniform.
    • Must follow coaches’ instructions and demonstrate sportsmanship and discipline.
    • Bullying, fighting, inappropriate language, or damaging equipment is strictly prohibited and may lead to suspension or permanent dismissal from the Academy.
    Parents/Guardians:
    • Must behave respectfully toward staff, coaches, other parents, and players at all times.
    • Must not interfere with training or coaching decisions during sessions or matches.
    • Are prohibited from shouting instructions from the sidelines or entering the field without permission.
    • Must handle any concerns or complaints through appropriate channels (admin or management) and not during training times.
    • Any form of verbal or physical abuse, harassment, or disruptive behavior may result in the immediate termination of their child’s membership, without refund.
  6. Health & Safety
    Parents must disclose any pre-existing health conditions during registration.
    Players must be physically fit and cleared by a medical professional to participate in training activities.
    The Academy will administer first aid as needed and contact emergency services if necessary.
    Hydration, sun protection, and general hygiene are the responsibility of each member/parent.
  7. Risk & Liability
    Participation in training activities involves inherent physical risks. Parents/guardians accept full responsibility for their child’s participation.
    AC Milan Academy Dubai, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, illness, or loss sustained during sessions, unless due to gross negligence.
    Personal belongings brought to training are the responsibility of the player/family.
  8. Photography & Media Release
    By enrolling, parents/guardians grant AC Milan Academy Dubai full rights to take photographs and video recordings during sessions and events.
    These may be used for promotional, educational, or commercial purposes across any media platform (social media, website, printed material, etc.) at any time.
    No additional consent or compensation will be required.
  9. Website & App Use
    All personal data collected via website/app will be handled in accordance with UAE data protection laws.
    The Academy will not sell or share your data with third parties.
    Any digital payments made via the website/app are final and governed by this same non-refundable policy.
  10. Legal & Termination
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
    AC Milan Academy Dubai reserves the right to modify terms, training schedules, and policies at any time.
    Breach of any rule may result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund.
    Any legal disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
  11. Final Agreement
    By signing or accepting this agreement, parents/guardians confirm they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions.
    This document represents the full and binding agreement between the Academy and the member.
    Arabic and English versions are available. In case of conflict, the English version prevails.
