Waiver and Release of Liability

  1. Voluntary Participation
    I am voluntarily enrolling my child in AC Milan Academy Dubai’s football training program, including but not limited to training sessions, matches, events, and the use of facilities.
  2. Assumption of Risk
    I understand that participation in football and sports-related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or even death. I assume full responsibility for my child's safety and well-being.
  3. Health Declaration
    I confirm that my child is in good health and has no medical condition that would prevent safe participation in Academy activities. I will inform the Academy of any relevant medical issues or changes in health status.
  4. Physical Activity Readiness
    I acknowledge that if my child has any medical conditions (e.g., heart problems, joint issues, medications), I will provide medical clearance prior to participation.
  5. Use of Facilities
    I understand that all activities will take place at approved Academy locations, and I agree to follow all rules and safety guidelines set by the Academy.
  6. Liability Release
    I release and discharge AC Milan Academy Dubai, its coaches, staff, and partners from any and all claims or liabilities arising from participation, except in the case of proven gross negligence.
  7. Media & Photography Consent
    I acknowledge and agree that the Academy may take photographs and videos during training, matches, and events. These may be used at any time for promotional or commercial purposes across any media without additional consent or compensation.
  8. Personal Property
    I understand that the Academy is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
  9. General Conduct
    I agree to uphold the Academy’s code of conduct, ensure that my child behaves respectfully, and accept that failure to comply with the terms may result in termination of participation without refund.
  10. Final Acknowledgment
    By signing this document, I confirm that I have read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions stated above. These terms are drafted in English and Arabic. In case of interpretation differences, the Arabic version will prevail.
